I was impressed with the family-friendly atmosphere at the Bitter End Yacht Club. There were quite a few families when we were there, probably because it was Spring Break for many traveling from the United States. I’m not sure if it was the relaxing surroundings or abundance of kid-and-teen friendly activities, but the children we encountered were very well-behaved.

Parents can enjoy a meal at the Almond Walk restaurant while watching their children build sand castles on the beach.

Even the chairs seem to be enjoying the beach at the BEYC.

One couple I spoke with were traveling with their two young sons, ages 3 and 6. They enjoy the time the family can spend together making memories that will last.
